An exciting opportunity is available for a Head of Finance looking to play a strategic leadership role within an innovative organization based in Flemish Brabant. This position combines financial leadership, operational excellence, and business partnership, offering significant impact on financial performance and long-term growth.

As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for: Lead and coordinate finance, accounting, and administrative activities. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. Oversee statutory and consolidated financial reporting. Manage cash flow, treasury activities, financial planning, and working capital. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure the correct application of accounting standards and IFRS principles. Coordinate tax reporting and liaise with external tax advisors. Manage relationships with auditors and external stakeholders. Optimize accounting processes, reporting flows, and internal controls. Support strategic financial planning and cash generation initiatives. Partner with senior leadership and financial institutions on key finance matters. Promote best practices in information security and data protection.

Jouw profiel

About you : You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. You bring experience from auditing, accounting, or finance leadership roles within industrial or international environments. You have strong leadership and delegation skills. You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You collaborate successfully across different departments. You make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. You are results-oriented and performance-driven. You have proven people management experience. You perform well under pressure and tight deadlines. You understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You have solid knowledge of corporate finance, P&L, and cost management. You are experienced in cash flow management and financial analysis. You have a good understanding of IFRS and accounting standards.
