Safety Assistant M/V/X

Beschrijving van de functie

The Safety Assistant is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of aviation safety standards throughout the organisation. Their primary duties encompass the verification of compliance with established safety procedures and regulatory requirements, the execution of routine safety inspections, and the comprehensive investigation of incidents.Through the systematic monitoring of adherence to safety protocols and the provision of support during audit processes, the Safety Assistant makes a significant contribution to the establishment and preservation of a secure working environment, whilst facilitating the proactive identification and mitigation of potential safety hazards.

The Safety Assistant will be reporting to the Quality Manager.

Jouw profiel

. Safety driven

. Knowledge of BCAA and airport regulations

. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

. Basic understanding of audits

. Flexibility in working hours, including occasional weekend and night shifts

. At least 12 months of experience in aviation

. Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in French, Dutch, and English

. Ability to provide information and explain procedures
