Project Manager

 
Digitribe is looking for a Project Manager who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. As a Project Manager, you will lead complex initiatives in a fast-moving and evolving environment. You will foster collaboration, continuous adaptation, and value delivery. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and aligning business and technical objectives.
 
 

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects within time, budget and scope.
• Lead planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Promote a culture focused on collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure value delivery at each iteration.
• Support teams in adopting best practices.
• Provide clear, outcome-oriented reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.

 

Scope of intervention | type of projects

 
Project Managers may work on a wide range of initiatives, including

• Cybersecurity - security governance, IAM, SOC, pentesting, compliance.
• Cloud & DevOps - cloud migrations, CI/CD automation, application modernization.
• Infrastructure & Networks - infrastructure upgrades, DataCenter management, networking, workplace.
• Data & Analytics - data governance, data platforms, BI, AI, data quality.
• Digital Delivery - application development, digital products, UX/UI, web platforms.

 

Skills & Qualifications

 
Technical skills:

• Proven experience in project management (Agile, hybrid, or traditional)
• Ability to work across diverse technical environments
• Experience with Office 356
• Experience with Jira
• Certified in Prince2, PMI/PMP or other relevant certifications is a strong asset
• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience
• Fluent in English + French or Dutch

• Strong (stakeholder) communication and coordination skills
• Result driven mindset with strong analytical and prioritization skills
• Adaptability and ability to support organizational change
