Robert Half is currently looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer (M/F/X) in Brussels.

The company is based in the Brussels region and this is a full-time position (40 hours/week) within a Banking & Finance / Legal & Compliance environment.

Responsibilities of the Legal & Compliance Officer (M/F/X) role: drafting, reviewing, and monitoring contracts; answering legal questions from the business; providing legal advice to internal stakeholders; supporting compliance activities within a banking and financial context; ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations; acting as a point of contact for ad hoc legal and compliance queries; collaborating with the legal & compliance team on various projects.

Jouw profiel

Required qualifications for this Legal & Compliance Officer (M/F/X) position: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Legal and/or Compliance; perfect English; German / French / Dutch / Spanish is a plus; first experience with contracts is required; experience in Banking & Finance is a strong advantage; strong interest in legal and compliance topics; hands-on mindset, not purely theoretical; strong communication skills and ability to express oneself clearly; team-oriented and open personality.
