About Embelco Art Shipping

Founded in 1948, Embelco Art Shipping specializes in the safe and efficient transport of fine art and valuable objects. Our services include packing, crating, storage, international transport, and on-site installation.

Embelco was taken over in 2022 by François-Xavier, Nils, and Tadeusz, three friends united by a shared passion for fine art, logistics, and operational excellence. Since then, both the team and the activity have doubled in size.

What you will be doing

As an Art Logistics & Transport Coordinator, you will coordinate international fine art transport projects from planning to execution.

This is a role for someone who enjoys making complex logistics feel seamless, even when every project is different.

You will:

• Plan transport schedules and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors and logistics partners
• Manage multiple operations in parallel
• Anticipate and solve operational blockers
• Use Odoo daily as ERP / TMS / WMS

Who are we looking for

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain
• Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a strong plus
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
