Job Description Your Mission
As a Specialized Sales Professional Services, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer-centric approach, focusing on:
  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Driving business growth through a consultative, value-driven, and high-paced sales approach.
  • Translating customer needs into expert-led, tech-aligned staffing opportunities.
  • Positioning Inetum as a digital workforce enabler.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of accounts with a structured, strategic approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from acquisition to execution within a professional services context.
  • Understand client goals and match them with Inetum's capabilities and expert community.
  • Shift client focus from "time and cost" to "task and value."
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create new business opportunities and synergies.
  • Advocate for managed staffing and structured team approaches over transactional sourcing.
  • Presenting potentially matching candidates to our customer's demand.
Qualifications Who You Are
  • You are a relationship builder who engages fluently with hiring managers and executive stakeholders.
  • You are a tactical thinker who proactively identifies staffing needs and converts them into business.
  • You are a consultative seller with over 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT staffing or professional services.
  • You are a confident communicator in Dutch and/or French, and English.
  • You have a customer-first mindset, focused on long-term value creation.
  • You are entrepreneurial and results-driven.
  • You are skilled in stakeholder management within complex DMUs.
  • You have excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
