Join a leading player in the building materials' industry as their Strategic Category Manager - Hard and Soft Services, tasked with optimizing procurement operations across global plants.

As a Strategic Category Manager - Hard and Soft Services, your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a unified procurement strategy (direct and indirect procurement matters) in line with company strategy, Manage procurement budget together with local buyers situated in the sites, Collaborate with Plant Directors and other stakeholders to make sure the categories are well worked and well defined Focus on cost efficiency, delivery reliability, and risk mitigation. Manage and centralize supplier selection, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships strategically. Create a centralized procurement reporting system

Jouw profiel

About You : At least 7 years of experience in procurement roles within industrial environment with prior experience in Hard& soft Services Master's degree Deep familiarity with global suppliers and market trends. Skilled negotiator with a track record of managing supplier relationships effectively. Comfortable working within complex project-based organizations. Fluency in English is mandatory.
