Key responsibilities

• Execute and control complex domestic and cross-border payment flows
• Monitor and settle FX transactions and manage safeguarding controls
• Investigate and resolve complex breaks and reconciliation issues
• Act as escalation point for critical operational and liquidity cases
• Provide expert operational support to Front Office teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control frameworks
• Analyse operational data to detect risks and inefficiencies
• Drive or contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
• Work closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Product teams

Jouw profiel

The profile we are looking for

• Proven experience in a similar role within banking, fintech, payments, or financial services
• Strong background in back-office, payments, or financial operations
• Able to work fully autonomously and take ownership of complex cases
• Highly accurate, structured, and resilient under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a regulated financial environment
• Confident communicator with multiple internal stakeholders
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
