Junior Legal Counsel - Social Law (NL) - Brussels M/V/X

The role is a junior social law position (0-1 year experience) where you will advise members on employment law matters while being closely coached by the Head of Legal acting as your mentor.

The client is a well-established professional organization with a strong presence in Belgium, offering a structured and collaborative environment where legal expertise supports its members and broader sector dynamics

You will quickly develop hands-on expertise, with strong support from your mentor: Advise members on individual employment law matters (termination, compensation, inspections, disputes, wellbeing, etc.) Work on collective labour law topics (collective agreements, social dialogue, elections, etc.) Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical advice Participate in meetings, working groups and legal discussions Deliver trainings and information sessions (with guidance at the start) From day one, youwillwork on real cases, not just support tasks.

Jouw profiel

Master's degree in Law (recent graduate or max. 1 year experience) Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory) Good knowledge of French; English is a plus Strong interest in employment & social law Eager to learn, proactive and communicative
