Talencia Consulting - "Project Manager IT" 
Talencia is looking for a "Project Manager IT" for one of its clients.  
 
Start date : ASAP
Location : Brussels
Duration : 6 months renewable
Description :

• Lead and deliver large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, scope, and quality expectations.
• Define and maintain project governance, including planning, risk and change management, stakeholder engagement, progress reporting, and steering committee coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage all technical project aspects, including infrastructure, security, performance, system integration, and business acceptance preparation.
• Oversee the delivery of external suppliers and partners, ensuring effective management of planning, quality, costs, and procurement processes when required.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement by coaching Solution Analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and lessons learned.

Profile

• University degree (or equivalent higher education) with at least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, including experience delivering large and complex projects.
• Strong project management expertise, with PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset, and a proven track record in cross-functional environments.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across operational, management, and executive levels.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, combined with a customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
