Functional Analyst | International IT Environment
 
 
Are you passionate about translating business needs into smart IT solutions? Do you enjoy working in an international environment where your analysis directly impacts business operations?
Our client, a leading international company with operations across more than 20 European countries, is looking for a Functional Analyst to join its growing IT organization.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the modernization of business-critical applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, architects and international teams.
 
 
Your Role
 
As a Functional Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that business requirements are transformed into efficient, scalable and future-proof solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements with key stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation.
• Supporting the modernization of existing business applications.
• Acting as the functional interface between business users and development teams.
• Contributing to solution design together with technical teams.
• Supporting testing activities and validating functional requirements.
• Working closely with Product Owners, Domain Leads and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Helping improve existing processes and identifying opportunities for innovation, including the use of AI tools to accelerate documentation and analysis.

 
 
Your Profile

• Experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional documentation.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), Logistics, Supply Chain or Parts & Accessories is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English.
