DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION

Our client , specialized in the manufacturing of mechanical components, is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen its current team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and follow up on a portfolio of industrial clients
• Maintaining a close commercial relationship
• Handle client interactions and oversee order tracking in line with priorities and specific requirements
• Coordinate internal actions with production, methods, and quality teams
• Contribute to resolving operational issues
• Analyze client needs and participate in the preparation of commercial offers and quotations
• Follow up on ongoing offers, carry out relaunches, and identify development opportunities within existing accounts
• Analyse technical drawings, machining processes, and industrial constraints

PROFIL REQUIRED

• Degree : Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in business, management engineering, or commercial engineering
• Experience : 2 to 5 years in a B2B environment, ideally in an industrial or technical context
• Hard Skills :

o Strong analytical and structuring skills with customer focus

o Fast learner with good questioning and adaptability

o Good command of office and digital tools

• Desired Softs Skills:

o Curious, structured, and reliable

o Team player with a customer-oriented mindset

o Strong sense of responsibility

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• Languages : English C1-C2, Dutch C1-C2, French and German are a plus ?
• Location : Eupen
• Contract type: CDI
• Salary range: 2700€ brut - 4500€ brut
• Benefits : Meal vouchers and insurance
• Remote work : No
