Are you the bilingual steward we're looking for to work on FlixBus's international bus trips in Brussels? As a steward in Brussels, you are fluent in French and English and willing to work in a flexible schedule. You'll welcome travelers from all over the world and ensure a smooth start to their European journey right from the platform. FlixBus is a dynamic, international player in the transportation sector that connects Brussels to countless European destinations. In this bustling environment, you'll be the shining face of the company and a rock of support for hundreds of passengers every day. You'll step into an energetic role where no two days are the same and where you'll truly make a difference for travelers.

Jouw profiel

• You communicate fluently and professionally in French and English to provide excellent service to international travelers.
• You are flexible and available to work varying shifts and flexible hours.
• You remain calm and constructive under pressure and can make decisions independently on a busy platform.
• Preferably, you already have some experience in the travel or transportation sector, but motivation is more important thanks to our in-house training program.

• You welcome passengers in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival on the platform in Brussels.
• You maintain order and safety on the platform and efficiently direct passengers to the correct buses.
• You check passengers' tickets and identification to ensure a quick and accurate check-in process.
• You answer passengers' questions about routes, departure times, and other travel-related matters.
• You assist passengers on-site with booking their tickets and ensure a smooth and accurate payment process.
