Senior IT Project/ Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project / Program Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives and deliver high-value business solutions. You will act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring projects and programs are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality, security, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex IT projects or multi-project programs from initiation to delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Manage project scope, planning, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, analysts, testers, infrastructure, and external partners.
• Drive backlog prioritization and delivery planning in collaboration with business owners.
• Ensure quality assurance, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, governance, and executive reporting.
• Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to the evolution of project management methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Project Manager 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects  
• Program amanager 10+ years of experience managing IT programs.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale IT initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools is an asset.

Certifications

One or more of the following certifications is required:

• PRINCE2
• PRINCE2 Agile
• Agile / Scrum
• PMI (PMP or equivalent)

Languages

• French: C1 minimum (mandatory)
• English: Fluent (B1 mandatory)
