Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make a strategic impact in a growing international multimedia environment, Headquartered in Belgium? This Head of Finance & Accounting opportunity in Kortrijk offers the chance to lead financial operations, optimize processes, and support business growth while working closely with executive leadership.

Your responsibilities as a Head of Finance & Accounting : Oversee accounting activities across multiple international entities. Prepare and manage consolidated financial reporting under Belgian GAAP. Coordinate management reporting and financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Lead the group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Manage the financial calendar, ensuring compliance with audits, reporting deadlines, and legal obligations. Oversee tax, transfer pricing, and internal control processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors. Lead a team of corporate controllers and collaborate closely with country finance managers. Support the financial integration of newly acquired companies. Drive the optimization and automation of financial processes and systems using modern digital tools. Partner with the CFO to further develop and strengthen the finance organization.

Jouw profiel

About you : You have minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Audit experience is considered as well. You possess strong expertise in accounting standards and financial processes. You enjoy improving finance operations, systems, and team performance. You have a strong affinity with IT and experience implementing or optimizing financial systems. You are a collaborative leader with natural authority and excellent communication skills.
