Junior IT Support Engineer (L3 Systems & Microsoft 365)

Location: Brussels (Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Languages: Dutch, French & English (professional level)

Duration: 24 months

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide Level 3 support across Microsoft and infrastructure environments. You will troubleshoot complex issues, support end users and systems, and help maintain a secure and stable IT environment.

Required technical skills (Intermediate):

Windows Server Administration

* Active Directory

* Microsoft Entra ID & Conditional Access

* Microsoft 365 Administration

* Microsoft Intune (Compliance & Configuration Profiles)

* Exchange Online

* Microsoft Teams & Teams Rooms

* DNS & DHCP

* Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Defender for M365

* Infrastructure Monitoring & Incident Management

* SolarWinds

* PowerShell Scripting

* General Networking Knowledge

Nice to have:

* ITIL

* SCCM

* Backup & Restore

* VMware / Hyper-V
