Your Mission As Sales Director, you will play a key role in our growth. Your objective will be to identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships with decision-makers, and support clients in adopting innovative technologies such as digital twins, artificial intelligence, and immersive experiences. You will work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create real value for our clients. At OUAT!, we favor a consultative and strategic sales approach: it's not about multiplying contacts, but about building strong and lasting partnerships. Your Responsibilities ¿ Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing and account development. ¿ Identify, develop, and manage strategic accounts internationally. ¿ Transform prospects into trusted, long-term partners. ¿ Represent the company at trade shows, client demonstrations, conferences, and workshops. ¿ Understand our clients' business challenges and propose tailored, high-value solutions. ¿ Gather market feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our offering and product. ¿ Actively participate in defining and executing our growth strategy.
Jouw profiel
The Profile We Are Looking For Above all, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, curious, and results-oriented individual. Ideally, you will have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with high-level decision-makers. A strong aptitude for building trusting relationships and managing complex sales. The ability to manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously. Professional proficiency in English; French and/or German are an asset. Availability for regular travel within Europe and internationally. The Advantages Experience in one of the following fields will be particularly valued: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Industry SaaS Technologies Engineering or Industrial Environment Innovative Digital Solutions However, we place just as much importance on mindset, curiosity, and the ability to learn as on industry experience.
