Our client is a key HR partner within a large Belgian organisation, supporting major entities with their HR and legal strategy. The Legal & Knowledge department plays a central role in ensuring a consistent, compliant and forward-thinking legal framework across all HR-related matters.

The team is structured in expertise-driven clusters, with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing and real business impact.

Beschrijving van de functie

• Provide legal advice on the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, career development, termination)
• Handle and coordinate litigation and contentious matters
• Act as a key interface with external lawyers
• Support HR and management with strategic legal guidance
• Draft legal opinions and contribute to decision-making processes
• Work on individual cases and complex HR issues
• Participate in transversal projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Jouw profiel

• Master's degree in Belgian Law
• From 5 years of experience in employment/social law
• Strong interest or experience in litigation and HR advisory
• Knowledge of administrative law is a strong asset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic advice
• Dutch fluent + professional level of French
