EHS Specialist - Industrial Services M/V/X

Our client is a leading international group active in industrial water treatment solutions. Operating in a dynamic Benelux environment, they combine global standards with local agility. They are looking for an EHS Specialist to strengthen safety culture, support operations and projects, and drive continuous improvement across multiple entities.

Beschrijving van de functie

• Champion a strong safety and environmental culture
• Maintain and improve EHS systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VCA)
• Support projects with safety methodologies (HAZOP, RAMS, PSSR)
• Act as EHS point of contact for operational field teams
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site safety reviews
• Investigate incidents and define preventive measures
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programs
• Ensure compliance with BE/NL regulations and reporting

Jouw profiel

• 5+ years in EHS within an industrial or service environment
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (Belgium required, NL is a plus)
• Experience with EHS management systems (ISO 45001 / VCA)
• Familiar with project safety tools (HAZOP, RAMS.) is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
• Autonomous, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
• Strong communicator with influencing skills
