Production Team Leader ad interim H/F/X

Robert Half is currently looking for a Production Team Leader ad interim (m/f/x) for a 6 months assignment.

Our client is a company active in the manufacturing sector and based in the Halle region.

As Production Team leader ad interim, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• People manage the team: coordinate shift schedules, log hours, train operators
• QHSE Compliance: enforce GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards, provide first aid, and report safety or quality incidents to EHS and QA.
• Oversee production and inventory: equipment startup/shutdown, manage product change-overs, track daily raw materials, and handle schedule deviations.
• Sanitation and continuous Improvement: supervise cleaning operators, audit cleaning logs, and utilize digital tools like Poka and Smart Factory.

The requested qualifications for this Production Team Leader ad interim position include:

• Proven experience in leading production teams
• Experience with strong unions
• Trilingual NL/FR/ENG
