Your responsibilities as an Accounting Manager : Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process. Oversee general ledger and subledger accounting, including AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany and bank accounting. Ensure accurate reconciliations, compliance with accounting standards and strong internal controls. Coordinate statutory reporting, external audits, VAT and corporate tax activities. Support treasury operations, cash flow forecasting and banking processes. Act as the SAP S/4HANA key user while driving automation and process improvements. Coach, develop and motivate the accounting team to ensure high performance and collaboration.

Jouw profiel

About you : You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field. You bring at least 10 years of accounting experience, including team leadership responsibilities. You have strong knowledge of Belgian GAAP, IFRS, statutory reporting and audit processes. You are familiar with Belgian VAT and corporate tax regulations. You have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus. You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively. You are fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is considered an advantage.
