Lead Architect 
 
 
We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect to design and drive cloud-based solutions for complex business environments. You will play a key role in both pre-sales and project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to define scalable, secure, and innovative architectures aligned with business objectives. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
 

• Designing end-to-end cloud architectures for complex enterprise solutions 
  

 
 

• Supporting pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, proposals, and client presentations 
  

 
 

• Translating business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions 
  

 
 

• Providing architectural leadership throughout project delivery 
  

 
 

• Defining and promoting architecture standards, best practices, and governance 
  

 
 

• Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure solution quality and consistency 
  

 
 

• Evaluating and selecting appropriate cloud technologies, platforms, and architecture patterns 
  

 
 

• Mentoring architects and senior engineers to foster technical excellence 
  

 
 

• Contributing to the growth and development of the architecture practice across Belgium, Benelux, and France 
  

 
 
Qualifications & Competencies 
 
 
 
 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 
  

 
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cloud Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect 
  

 
 

• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 
  

 
 

• Solid knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems 
  

 
 

• Experience with API design, integration platforms, and messaging technologies 
  

 
 

• Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) 
  

 
 

• Experience in client-facing environments, stakeholder management, and pre-sales activities 
  

 
 

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise 
  

 
 

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and business audiences 
  

 
 

• Experience working in Agile environments 
  

 
 

• Fluency French & either English or Dutch is mandatory
