Purchase Order Manager M/V/X

For a leading European player in self-storage, we are looking for a Purchase Order Manager. You will report to the Director of Accounting.

This is not a procurement role. Instead, it is a finance-focused position where accounting knowledge, financial controls and process governance are essential.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Finance Operations professionals.

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.

• Maintain the quality and integrity of vendor master data while ensuring compliance with financial controls.

• Partner closely with Accounting to support accurate financial reporting, month-end close and reconciliation activities.

• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant and high-quality operations.

• Support ERP enhancements, finance transformation initiatives and business integration projects.

• Drive continuous improvement of Purchase-to-Pay processes, financial controls and operational efficiency.

• Act as the key contact for Finance Operations, providing expert support to internal stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor's or Master's in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.

• Several years experience in accounting/controlling.

• 3+ years in financial management/leadership; experience with system-driven procurement processes.

• SAP MM/FI, S/4HANA, advanced Excel, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
