Your Role as Talent Acquisition Manager

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will become a trusted partner to business leaders and a key member of the People team.

Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and hiring needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches to attract top talent across Belgium.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve processes through data and insights.
• Optimise the use of recruitment tools and ATS platforms.

People & Culture Projects (30%)

• Contribute to employee experience and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support discussions and projects related to compensation & benefits.
• Collaborate on broader HR and organisational development projects.
• Help foster an inclusive, engaging and people-focused company culture.
• Work alongside HR colleagues to continuously improve People practices.

Jouw profiel

Your Profile as Talent Acquisition manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy.
• Experience recruiting within dynamic, fast-growing, creative, media, marketing or professional services environments is highly valued.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Passionate about recruitment while maintaining a broader interest in HR topics.
• Comfortable working with ATS systems; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
