Our client is a prominent multinational manufacturer specializing in surfactants and specialty chemicals across the Americas. With 11 industrial facilities spread throughout Brazil, the United States, Mexico, and Uruguay, as well as two Global Research & Development Centers, three Research & Development Facilities, and eight commercial offices spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia, they are at the forefront of their industry. They are currently seeking a Logistic Operations Specialist.

Your main responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for key customers across the EMEA region, driving customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Managed end-to-end customer order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer experience and proactive communication.
• Built strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to align on product availability, commercial terms, and business priorities.
• Resolved customer issues and complaints through effective cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
• Provided customers with technical, regulatory, and commercial documentation to support their business needs.
• Proactively identified service improvement opportunities and implemented customer-centric solutions.
• Coordinated closely with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure high service levels.
• Monitored order performance, managed exceptions, and maintained transparent communication with customers.
• Deliver support in a fast-paced international environment, balancing customer expectations with business objectives.

Jouw profiel

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics
• Fluent in English, any additional language is an asset
• Enthusiasm to learn about specificities to consider when transporting chemical goods
• Experience in SAP is a must!
• A can-do attitude is an important asset to take up additional responsibilities and to develop your skills. 'No day in the office is the same
