Join a leading player in the construction sector as a Project Controller in Kraainem, where you'll work on large-scale projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of complex operations in a dynamic environment.

As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial and contractual success of major construction projects. Working closely with the Controlling team and reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll provide valuable insights, monitor project performance, and help optimise financial processes from start to finish.

Your responsibilities as a Project Controller: Manage the financial planning and budgeting of complex construction projects. Monitor project costs, progress, risks, and overall financial performance. Oversee project cash flow and ensure accurate financial forecasting. Review and validate progress claims for both internal teams and subcontractors. Follow up on contract variations and support discussions with clients. Ensure contractual compliance with clients and subcontractors. Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes. Report financial performance and provide key insights to management.

Jouw profiel

About you: You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field. You have minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 to 3 years as a Project Controller (business controlling experience alone is not sufficient). You ideally have experience within the B2B construction sector. You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive mindset. You communicate effectively and enjoy working with different stakeholders. You are highly driven, organised, and solution-oriented. You have an excellent command of Excel; knowledge of KPD and/or Power BI is a strong advantage. You have a good command of both Dutch and French (required).
