Beschrijving van de functie

Are you a detail-oriented and motivated logistics professional who enjoys hands-on work? We are looking for a Outbound Logistics Assistant for a full-time temporary assignment in day shift at an international high-tech company located in Heverlee.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of outbound shipments. You will ensure that goods are packed safely, processed correctly in the system, and shipped on time. You will work in a modern logistics environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key priorities.

Your Responsibilities

• Process shipment requests from internal customers.
• Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment.
• Register logistics transactions in SAP.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
• Coordinate internal material movements and outbound transportation.
• Contribute to an efficient, safe, and well-organized logistics operation.

Jouw profiel

What are we looking for in a Temporary Outbound Logistics Assistant?

• You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail.
• You are comfortable lifting packages of up to 20 kg.
• You are willing to process a high volume of packages on a daily basis.
• You are a hands-on team player with a proactive attitude.
• Safety and quality are always your top priorities.
• You have a good command of English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
• Experience in logistics or with SAP is a plus, but motivation and a willingness to learn are equally important.
