To support this momentum, the Data Insight team is looking for 2 Senior Business & Data Analyst with deep expertise in the Customer Data Domain (specifically in churn analysis, loyalty programs, customer segmentation, and customer journey mapping).

Description :

Profile 1 - Customer Data Domain 

For this role, our client is looking for a consultant with deep expertise in the Customer Data Domain, with proven experience in areas such as:

• Customer Data: Understanding and leveraging customer data to drive value.
• Churn Analysis: Analyzing customer attrition, identifying at-risk behaviors, defining retention metrics, and highlighting key drivers to boost customer retention.
• Customer Segmentation: Defining and leveraging customer segments for business, marketing, and analytical purposes.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Analyzing customer journeys to identify friction points, optimization opportunities, and business requirements.
• Loyalty Programs: Strong understanding of loyalty programs within a holistic customer data vision.
• For this second role, our client is seeking a consultant with proven experience and expertise in areas related to Customer Loyalty Programs.
• The consultant must have prior experience working on projects related to customer retention, reward mechanisms, personalized offers, loyalty campaigns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with loyalty programs.

Profile 2 - Customer Loyalty Program 

• For this second role, our client is seeking a consultant with proven experience and expertise in areas related to Customer Loyalty Programs.
• The consultant must have prior experience working on projects related to customer retention, reward mechanisms, personalized offers, loyalty campaigns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with loyalty programs.
• Business Needs Analysis & BRD Drafting: Analyzing business needs and drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Functional Specifications: Writing detailed functional specifications.
• Data Modeling: Designing and maintaining data models.
• SQL: Advanced querying and data manipulation.
• Data Warehousing: Working with enterprise data warehouse architecture.
• BigQuery / GCP: Leveraging Google Cloud Platform tools and BigQuery.
• BI Tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as MicroStrategy, Looker, Tableau, etc.
• Data Visualization: Creating clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Scientists, and DataViz specialists.
• Testing & Support: Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing support, and ensuring data governance.
• Excellent oral and written communication (French or Dutch and English)
