Construction manager offshore M/V/X

As Construction Manager, you are responsible for the daily follow-up and coordination of construction activities at the offshore island location.

• You lead and coordinate a team of client representatives and project engineers, ensuring effective collaboration across disciplines.
• You act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on site towards TM Edison for all day-to-day construction activities.
• You monitor the health, safety, quality and progress of the works and proactively address risks, deviations and opportunities.
• You oversee the execution of rebar, formwork and concreting works, revetment rock works and harbour outfitting.
• You review method statements, risk analyses and procedures together with the onshore project team.
• You provide progress reporting and proactively identify risks and opportunities, proposing appropriate mitigation measures.
• You support the staffing of the offshore team and contribute to the recruitment and integration of client representatives.

Jouw profiel

Help shape one of Europe's most ambitious energy transition projects and lead the day-to-day construction activities at the heart of Princess Elisabeth Island.

You combine extensive civil construction experience with strong leadership skills and feel comfortable working in a complex, international and offshore environment.

• You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience within civil construction.
• You hold an engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
• Experience in the offshore sector is a strong asset.
• You have a solid understanding of structural works and corrosion protection; knowledge of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or telecom disciplines is a plus.
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• You work in a structured way, take ownership and demonstrate persistence and determination when facing challenges.
• You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with ACONEX.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage.
