Responsibilities

• Keeping track of product prices & conditions in the system.
• Working closely with the account managers.
• Communicating any changes.
• Handling contracts.
• Following up on yearly indexations & renewals of contracts.
• Preparing sales orders in the software system.
• Making sure internal cooperations between different departments goes smoothly.
• Following-up on deliveries and communicating about delays.
• Following-up on billing.
• Making sure all client details in het system are up-to-date.

Prerequisites

• You have a bachelor's degree or pertinent working experience.
• You are fluent in German, English and French.
• Experience in sales support or order administration is a plus.
• You work in a structured way.
• You are meticulous.
• You communicate well (mosty written).
