re you passionate about hospitality and enjoy making guests feel welcome? Join the team at B&B HOTEL Brussels Airport as a Receptionist and become one of the first points of contact for our guests.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide information about the hotel, services and local area.
• Manage reservations, cancellations and guest requests.
• Handle payments and ensure accurate cash management.
• Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
• Deal with guest feedback and complaints professionally and find appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area.
• Follow hotel procedures and contribute to high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Jouw profiel

Your profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or reception is a plus.
• You are friendly, professional and genuinely enjoy working with people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are organized, reliable and able to work independently.
• You remain calm and solution-oriented in busy situations.
• Good command of English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of customer service.
