• You use your language skills to ensure effective communication and resolve customer issues.
• You build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• You collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Jouw profiel

This is what the profile of a Brand Ambassador looks like:

• You have at least a high school diploma
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams
• You have a fluent command of German or Nederlands or Nederlands&Frans.
• You have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Also, you are a team player with a positive attitude.
