Bring our brand to life across products, packaging & digital touchpoints! Your mission As part of our Aftermarket team, you will be at the heart of our visual communication. Your role is to translate complex product and market information into clear, impactful and consistent visual assets that reinforce our brand across packaging, print, digital and events. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales and external partners, acting as a key visual guardian of our Aftermarket identity across international markets. What you will design & deliver Product Packaging & Regulatory Visuals Design and adapt primary product packaging in line with AISIN Packaging Guidelines (logos, layouts, visual themes, multilingual content) Coordinate visuals for new product launches, range extensions and updates Ensure visual alignment between packaging, catalogues, SDS and marketing materials, while respecting regulatory and quality constraints Marketing & Sales Support Create and continuously update: -Product brochures & datasheets -Catalogues and range overviews -Merchandising and promotional tools -Trade fair materials (roll-ups, posters, banners) Design PowerPoint templates and sales decks for Sales, Product teams and Management Digital & Content Design Design visual assets for the website (WordPress): banners, visuals, logos Create and upload visual content for social media (events, sponsorships, internal & external communication) Support the layout and visual consistency of monthly newsletters (content provided by internal stakeholders) Events & Exhibitions Contribute to the preparation and execution of national and international aftermarket exhibitions Ensure strong brand consistency across booth visuals, communication materials and merchandising Creative Production Product photography (studio & on-site during events) Daily graphic creation using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Act as a visual reference point to ensure coherence across all communication channels This role is ideal for a Graphic Designer who enjoys combining creativity with structure, working in an international setting, and seeing their visuals come to life on products, fairs and digital platforms.

Jouw profiel
Your Profile Must Have Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Design or equivalent by experience First professional experience in a marketing / communication or business support role Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite Excellent PowerPoint and MS Office skills Fluent English (working language) and good command of French Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously, with a strong sense of priorities Nice to Have Experience in an automotive, industrial or B2B environment Understanding of product, packaging or regulatory constraints Additional European languages Sensitivity to Japanese corporate culture Familiarity with generative AI tools to support and enhance creative production Soft Skills & Mindset Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual consistency Proactive, hands-on and solution-driven Team player, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders Able to perform under time pressure (product launches, events, deadlines)Taalvaardigheden
