As part of its continuous growth, we are looking for a bilingual French/Dutch Support Engineer with a strong business mindset and a real interest in finance, trading, and investment services.
Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities- Provide first-line support to French and Dutch-speaking clients
- Support customers with business-related and financial requests such as inheritance management, portfolio transfers, and investment-related inquiries
- Understand client needs and provide professional, solution-oriented assistance
- Manage and follow up support tickets and incidents while ensuring SLA compliance
- Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to guarantee efficient issue resolution
- Participate in operational support activities related to infrastructure and internal systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and user experience
Jouw profiel
Support Engineer - Profile- Fluent in French and Dutch, both spoken and written
- Strong interest in stock markets, finance, trading, and investment products
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or IT support is considered a plus
- Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of IT environments, ticketing systems, and support processes
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven personality
