As part of its continuous growth, we are looking for a bilingual French/Dutch Support Engineer with a strong business mindset and a real interest in finance, trading, and investment services.

Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to French and Dutch-speaking clients
  • Support customers with business-related and financial requests such as inheritance management, portfolio transfers, and investment-related inquiries
  • Understand client needs and provide professional, solution-oriented assistance
  • Manage and follow up support tickets and incidents while ensuring SLA compliance
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business teams to guarantee efficient issue resolution
  • Participate in operational support activities related to infrastructure and internal systems
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and user experience

Jouw profiel

Support Engineer - Profile
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, both spoken and written
  • Strong interest in stock markets, finance, trading, and investment products
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or IT support is considered a plus
  • Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of IT environments, ticketing systems, and support processes
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven personality
